JAS Sushi was set-up with the objective of introducing to Perth residents to the healthy and unique qualities of Japanese food especially sushi. The set up of the central kitchen aims at providing high quality food with emphasis on hygiene and production efficiency. This in turn reduces food cost and encourages higher customer consumption.

Besides sushi, interest in Japanese cooking is also encouraged. We supply sushi and related products to hospitals, supermarkets, caterers, schools and universities. We are also the main supplier of sushi to most hotels in Perth.

JAS at David Jones
We were operating at David Jones Foodhall (Perth City) where we served Oyster, Sushi, Sashimi and Japanese Hot Food. We also sold some fish fillets and other seafood. Sashimi was available pre-packed or a selection (remove some text)made from our display chiller.
